We are decendents of a Archer Cameron who was married to Lucy (Harvey)Cameron. She was the daughter of a Mississipi Choctaw Indian, Thomas HarveyArcher b.1812 in Scotland or N.C. Their Children left Choctaw Co.Miss.about 1874,bound for Texas. The children were Mary E. Cameron and husbandGeorge W. Gordon - Cynthia Cameron and husband John L Hillyer - Flora AnnBelle Zelda Cameron and husband Thomas Rufus Harris - Nancy Cameron andMy G. Grandmother Alice Wade Cameron. The sons were Thomas Cameron andKay Rufus Cameron. They settled in Montague and Cook Co.Texas. We needto know more about Archer Cameron. We have the story Telling about thetrip. Thanks, Rena Young
